I was first referred to the O’Neil agency by a coworker after I reviewed my renewal policy from my previous insurer. Adam was the representative who assisted me... read more with this new policy, not only was this new policy half the cost of the previous one, but it had better coverage. My monthly payment was cut in half!! Now comes the best part. About 3 weeks ago, I was involved in a hit and run. When I called the O’Neil agency, they went above and beyond helping with the claim. Patrick, and the rest of his staff (Maria, Dillon, Adam) took care of everything. Including making sure I received fair market value for my car. I basically had to do nothing, the O’Neil staff did all the work. I really can’t remember the last time I had service this outstanding! They have a customer for life. And I highly, highly recommend this agency. Well done Patrick and crew! I’m beyond grateful for your help.

I couldn't be happier that I switched. It was so easy; Dylan and Patrick are so helpful and kind. I was with the other company for 21 years and they didn't even know my name.
